Psychedelic Integration SERVICES
A Grounded Approach to Deep Experiences
In recent years, there has been a renewed interest in the potential of psychedelic substances to support emotional healing and psychological growth. Whether plant-based (e.g., psilocybin mushrooms, ayahuasca, iboga, cannabis) or synthetic (e.g., MDMA, ketamine, LSD), these substances—when used with care and intention—can create powerful openings for insight, emotional release, and trauma integration.
However, the healing potential of psychedelics does not lie in the experience alone, but in what comes afterward. The altered states they induce can bring unresolved trauma to the surface, dismantle outdated belief systems, or flood the psyche with imagery and emotion that may feel overwhelming or disorienting. As the saying goes, a pill may be easier to swallow than it is to digest.
Integration is the process of making sense of these experiences—emotionally, psychologically, and somatically—so that their lessons can be embodied and sustained over time. Without mindful integration, even the most profound experience can remain fragmented or lead to confusion, re-traumatization, or spiritual bypassing.

What We Offer
We provide psychedelic integration therapy for individuals who are:
-
Preparing for an upcoming psychedelic experience
-
Seeking to reflect on and integrate a past journey
-
Navigating difficult or unexpected aftereffects
-
Exploring long-standing shifts in perception, identity, or emotional regulation following use
-
Looking to make meaning of visionary or transpersonal experiences

We work within a harm reduction framework—we do not advocate for or endorse illegal substance use, but we recognize that many people choose to engage with these substances outside clinical or ceremonial settings. Our role is not to offer psychedelic-assisted therapy, but to provide a safe, non-judgmental, and trauma-informed space for processing, reflection, and meaning-making.
Our integration work draws from a blend of approaches including:
-
Trauma-informed psychotherapy
-
Somatic awareness
-
Internal Family Systems (IFS)
-
Transpersonal and contemplative psychology
-
Mindfulness-based practices
-
Neuroscience-informed emotional processing

We also pay close attention to a person’s psychological history—including unresolved trauma, dissociation, anxiety, and risk factors for psychosis or destabilization—as these significantly influence the way psychedelic experiences are interpreted and integrated (or not integrated) into one’s life.

Important Considerations
Many psychedelic substances remain illegal in Canada and other jurisdictions, though this is shifting as research accelerates. Substances like MDMA and psilocybin are currently in clinical trials for conditions such as PTSD, depression, and addiction. Cannabis is legal for both medical and recreational use in Canada, and ayahuasca is permitted in certain contexts for spiritual purposes.
We do not provide or recommend the use of any illegal substance, nor do we conduct psychedelic-assisted sessions. We do, however, offer preparation and integration support for those who independently choose to engage in these experiences. We respect and support collaboration with medical professionals, ceremonial guides, or spiritual practitioners when applicable.

Our Commitment
Our goal is to promote mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being through ethical, informed, and supportive care. Whether you are navigating a breakthrough, a crisis, or simply seeking to deepen your understanding of a powerful experience, we are here to help you integrate the journey—so it becomes part of your healing, not a detour from it.
