Is Trauma The Event or Circumstance!

There is common confusion arising from labeling any traumatic event as "trauma," but it's not accurate or helpful to do so.

Not all traumatic events traumatize us.

The term "trauma" should only be used when there is a long-lasting injury and damaging consequences.
