THERAPY FOR INDIVIDUALS

Personalized Support for Meaningful Change

In individual therapy, we work one-on-one in a safe, compassionate, and confidential environment where your experience is honored and your healing journey is respected.

Together, we will:

  • Explore challenging emotions, beliefs, and behavior patterns

  • Work through influential or unresolved memories that continue to shape your present

  • Identify areas of your life that feel misaligned and clarify what you want to change

  • Deepen your understanding of yourself and your relationships

  • Set personal goals and develop practical tools to support long-term growth

Whether you're navigating trauma, emotional overwhelm, or simply seeking greater clarity and connection, therapy offers a space to realign with your inner truth and move toward a more grounded, fulfilling life.

MODALITIES

Clinical expertise is developed through years of practice, advanced education, and ongoing training. For example, licensed clinical social workers (LCSWs) earn their clinical license only after completing a minimum of 2,000 hours of supervised therapy, at least three years of post-master’s experience in diagnosis, psychotherapy, and treatment planning, and passing rigorous clinical examinations covering theory, ethics, and professional practice.

Regardless of professional background—whether MSW, MHC, PsyD, MD, or others—most psychotherapists pursue additional specializations and advanced training in a variety of therapeutic modalities to enhance their practice and tailor treatment to the individual needs of their clients.

Our Specializations

We have received advanced training and certifications in the following areas:

  • Trauma and PTSD treatment

  • Sex therapy

  • Neurotherapy and brain-based interventions

These specializations allow us to work effectively with a wide range of emotional difficulties related to trauma, intimacy, and nervous system dysregulation.

Modalities We Draw From

To meet the unique needs of each individual, we integrate a broad spectrum of evidence-based and experiential modalities, including:

  • Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)

  • Internal Family Systems (IFS)

  • Ericksonian Hypnosis

  • Accelerated Experiential-Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP)

  • Gestalt Therapy

  • Mindfulness and Awarefulness Practices

  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)

  • Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT)

  • Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)

  • Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT)

  • Imago Relationship Therapy

  • Nonviolent Communication (NVC)

  • Neurofeedback

  • Brainwave Entrainment

  • Neuroscience-Based Psychotherapy

Each modality offers unique insights and tools, and our integrative approach allows us to adapt treatment to the person, rather than fit the person to the method. Whether we are addressing trauma, relationship struggles, emotional dysregulation, or self-development, our work is grounded in both clinical rigor and compassionate presence.
